Attic Breeze uses FedEx® as our preferred shipping carrier. Ownership of product is transferred from Attic Breeze to You when the product is shipped. All merchandise shipped via FedEx® is insured for the full purchase amount at the time of shipping.
Sales Tax
Attic Breeze charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable Texas state sales tax rate (6.75%) for all in-state orders. Orders shipped to locations outside of Texas are not charged sales tax by Attic Breeze.
Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options listed: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Pay-Pal, or by an approved Attic Breeze net account. Attic Breeze reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to You. If You are not satisfied with your purchase, You may return the purchased product to Attic Breeze within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase for a refund (LESS 15% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE). ATTIC BREEZE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED, DAMAGED, OR OTHERWISE RETURNED UNUSABLE FOR RESALE. DETERMINATION OF RETURNED PRODUCT'S USE FOR RESALE IS AT THE FULL DISCRETION OF ATTIC BREEZE. Products received for return which are determined to be unusable for resale will be returned to You at your expense. All product returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which can be obtained from Attic Breeze prior to returning the product. Product returns/exchanges received by Attic Breeze without a RAN will be rejected.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange merchandise purchased from this website within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase. Merchandise received for exchange by Attic Breeze will be inspected upon return. ATTIC BREEZE WILL NOT ISSUE EXCHANGES FOR EQUIPMENT THAT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED, DAMAGED, OR OTHERWISE RETURNED UNUSABLE FOR RESALE. DETERMINATION OF RETURNED PRODUCT'S USE FOR RESALE IS AT THE FULL DISCRETION OF ATTIC BREEZE. Products received for exchange which are determined to be unusable for resale will be returned to You at your expense.
