Ownership of product is transferred from Attic Breeze to You when the product is shipped. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to You when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All merchandise shipped via FedEx is insured for the full purchase amount at the time of shipping. Sales Tax Attic Breeze charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable Texas state sales tax rate (6.75%) for all in-state orders. Orders shipped to locations outside of Texas are not charged sales tax by Attic Breeze. Product Warranty Attic Breeze warrants the replacement of any and all residential and commercial Products and Product Parts offered on this website under the following terms: Duration of this warranty shall be unlimited (LIFETIME) for as long as the registered purchaser retains ownership of purchased Product(s). Warranty must be activated within ninety (90) days of purchase by customer. Purchaser may activate warranty by registering purchase with Attic Breeze. Attic Breeze reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim made on an unregistered Product purchase. Lifetime Product warranty may not be transferred with the transfer of ownership of any registered Product. Upon claim of non-conformance of Product, Attic Breeze reserves the right to inspect non-conforming Product or Product parts. Repair or replacement of any Product or Product parts will be at the full discretion of Attic Breeze. The warranty terms and conditions detailed above do not cover misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration, exposure to extreme weather conditions, lightning strikes, physical damage to Product, or damaged caused by transportation or installation of Product. Attic Breeze explicitly does not warrant any labor, shipping, or service fees incurred by purchaser for the replacement, repair, or exchange of any Product or Product Parts claimed under the above warranty terms and conditions.
